The clients wanted to update a small, modern concrete block bungalow built in 1949. Grayform opened the closed cellular plan to provide natural light and views through the living spaces and updated the interiors.

This pub in Garden Oaks wanted an expanded kitchen to accomodate their growing business. Grayform produced an extensive set of existing conditions and new construction drawings, and managed the building permit process.

The client asked us to add a second story writing studio on top of an existing garage. Grayform was responsible for producing the construction documents, coordinating consultants and acquiring the building permit.

Urban Gymnasium
Paris, France
Each program area is organized by a distinct structural system. Movement through the building is a narrative ordered by the juxtaposition of these systems. The entry sequence and circulation, occur where the structural systems overlap.
